In the extremely rare event (fewer than 0.01% of parcels) of severe courier disruptions lasting past 60 days, we will process a complete refund right away. Should the delayed package reach you afterwards, it is yours to keep with our compliments at no charge.

For All Other International Destinations:
Deliveries to regions outside our primary selected list can occasionally require 35 to 45 business days based on local postal routing. Every order includes active tracking. If your shipment takes longer than 100 days to arrive, we will gladly issue a full refund or dispatch a new replacement via an alternative carrier. If the delayed package turns up after your 100-day refund is settled, you keep the merchandise for free.
